Lead Credits Policy

Our lead credit policy includes leads which meet one or more of the following criteria:

  1. Lead replied to FinanceVine’s introduction SMS within 5 minutes and withdrew their interest and/or consent to be contacted. Credits will be approved for leads that meet this criteria as per FinanceVine’s internal SMS logs.
  2. Lead applied for a different product or service than the one advertised as part of the lead package signed up for. Credits will be approved for claims that include a screenshot reply from the lead’s email address or phone number stating they inquired for a different product or service.
  3. A lead from a province not included in the leads package signed up for (assigned in error by FinanceVine). Credits will be approved for claims that include a screenshot reply from the lead’s email address or phone number stating the actual province they are located in (if that province is not included in the leads package signed up for).
  4. A lead from a province not included in the leads package signed up for (lead made a mistake on the submission form). Credits will be approved for claims that include a screenshot reply from the lead’s email address or phone number stating the actual province they are located in (if that province is not included in the leads package signed up for).
  5. Suspicious or “fake” leads. Credits will be approved for leads that do not have proof of verification in at least one of FinanceVine’s verification logs or on the lead’s TrustedForm Certificate.

All other credit requests: will be noted by FinanceVine for consideration of future updates to this policy.

If or when this policy is updated it will go into effect as of the date it is posted here.
